Valeo is hiring for the role of Engineer/Sr. Engineer - CAD!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Develop innovative and reliable solutions that fulfill specifications.
- Design 3D models and prepare definition files for products, prototypes, and test means.
- Share technical topics with prototype workshops and suppliers.
- Prepare the technical file to justify the choice of concept and solutions.
- Build 2D drawings with functional dimensions according to ISO standards.
- Build tolerance stack-up and optimize dimensioning.
- Define and identify functional and critical characteristics.
- Support project planning edition and update.
- Apply CAD methodologies and deliver CAD data that passes the Q-Checker.
- Manage Product definition files in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) database.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 Years of experience in mechanical design and automotive industry is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
