ams Semiconductors India is hiring for the role of RD Test Development Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Close cooperation with the product development in order to ensure testability of the IC-products in a very early design stage
• Design of test interface circuitry (Loadboard)
• Probecard design for wafer level testing
• Wafer Level Testing
• Final Package Level testing
• Development of test software for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) based on UNIX using structural and high level programming languages
• Project and lessons learnt documentation
• Industrialization of the test solution and transfer to production with clear defined stability and repeatability criteria

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication, with either a fresh graduate status or 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test development.
