Vedam Design and Technical Consultancy is hiring for the role of Engineer (Product)!

Responsibilities Of Candidate:

•  Work with the product development team to develop and optimize our digital solution products.
•  Plan and manage projects, including project scope and pricing.
•  Manage and lead product development and developers.
•  Training Associates and internal teams for successful project execution.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
•  Track and analyze product & project performance, using data to inform decision-making and improve the product and development processes.
•  Simplify development processes and identify new tools to improve efficiency.
•  Knowledge about cloud hosting and management is preferred.
•  Perform any other stipulated work/task provided from time to time.
•  Quick learning ability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, BE Computer, BE-IT, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in product management or related roles & min 1-2 years of sailing experience (either as an engineer or deck cadet)
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
• Experience with cloud hosting and management preferred
