Molex is hiring for the role of Engineer, Process (Stamping)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design process, workflow, PFMEA for product.
- Co-operate with machine, tooling engineer to review machine, jig tool design.
- Build detail requirement & co-operate with outside supplier to design machine jig, tool for new product
- Build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document
- Mass trial run & mass production machine readiness preparation. Continue follow up the production feedback after MP running.
- Apply ECN to machine design
- Study, research new technology to apply to production machine, equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of Work experience in manufacture company in Stamping Function ( experience working in Bruderer and Yamada machines )
- Be able to read technical drawings
- Good knowledge of Injection molding and/or over molding processes, scientific molding process
- Be able to use CAD (NX, ...)
