Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead the charge in resolving CEN incidents, faults, and service quality issues within strict SLAs, ensuring our customers stay connected.
• Coordinate outage restoration with customers, minimizing downtime and maximizing service uptime.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and learnings, streamlining procedures and empowering future success.
• Collaborate with vendors to tackle complex customer issues, leveraging your expertise to find optimal solutions.
• Generate daily MIS reports, extracting insights from network data to continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years of core CEN/MPLS network operations experience.
• Must possess a high level of technical expertise, have strong organizational skills, and be able to learn and define technical processes and procedures. 
• Strong communication and customer-centric approach (a must).
