Verizon is hiring for the role of Engineer II-Cloud!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Utilizing knowledge to provision, deploy and configure GCP services as per solution architecture using CI/CD or GitOps automation.
- Managing, troubleshooting and automating fixes for GCP apps and working on the activities to support it.
- Good understanding on GenAI usecases, prompt engineering.
- Expertise in Agentic workflows, langchain implementation
- Defining and building CI/CD pipeline for application.
- Expertise in Python and its usage in cloud automation effort.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- One or more years of relevant work experience in Linux platform.
- Experience in Python , Ansible & AWS Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile & Scrum.
- Experience managing Web Servers and App Servers running on Linux with administration experience.
- Experience developing code in at least one high-level programming language.
- Experience working on IT DevOps tooling and CI/CD practices.
