Cencora is hiring for the role of Engineer II - Backend!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with clients to finalize technical specifications and application design.
• Code, test, debug, and document complex programs, enhancing existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user requirements.
• Develop and maintain application design, program specification documents, and proprietary web applications.
• Contribute effectively as a team member, taking ownership of individual assignments and projects with moderate oversight.
• Manage and update the issue-tracking system when gaps in code and documentation are discovered.
• Design and develop software and mobile applications for external clients.
• Work with project leads and internal stakeholders to formulate sprint backlogs.
• Develop detailed system design specifications to guide system and program development.
• Identify and resolve system operating problems to ensure continuous business operations.
• Interact with user management regarding project status and requirements to foster an environment of improved productivity and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
• 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development.
