Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring for the role of Engineer I, Software Test!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
• Shall coordinate with Scrum master and PO for regular test updates and sprint planning.
• Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Product owner and development team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and testing strategies based on project documentation.
• Ensure that all tested-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve.
• Desire to contribute and improve the design of new and existing scientific instrumentation product features.
• Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.
• Ensure that all tested-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
• Specimen preparation from a variety of sources, acquire data as per defined standards.
• Accountable for data storage and retrieval as per requirement.
