Engineer (Electrical Maintenance) Job in Roorkee at Asahi India Glass Ltd.

AIS is hiring for the role of Engineer (Electrical Maintenance)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute the maintenance schedule with healthy maintenance practices for all Instrumentation equipments used in Hot End/CVD including DCS, Reversal system and Heaters
• Execute countermeasure action plan based on breakdown analysis report and monitor its effectiveness in Hot end
• Execute improvements and modification activities to increase productivity, reliability and process improvements
• Execute calibration of equipments to validate process parameters for smooth operation of all Instrumentation system in Hot end
• Check the inventory items to ensure required spares for Machines and automation, related instruments used in Hot end and utilities
• Develop subordinates technically by sharing knowledge, imparting training, communicating and highlighting department objectives to ensure department operate smoothly

Requirements:

• Graduate engineer with 4 to 6 years experience in same field
