Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Engineer - Electrical & Electronics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reviewing the circuit for power train ECU and to have base knowledge on CAN matrix of ECU and to have base knowledge on Diagnostics system management of power train ECU
• Initiating and interacting with CFT & leading the design engineers for system integration to realize the required E&E feature with  Quality, Cost, and Time.
• Releasing all technical specifications to suppliers for components/systems for EV systems
• Validating the components by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle levels so as to give issue-free products to customer
• Meeting the cost targets specified without compromising the quality of the product and also bringing out some cost-effective solutions through IMCR/VAVE activities.
• Interfacing with all inter dept teams  from start to end of the project to ensure First Time Right 
• Manufacturing of E&E aggregates
• Maintaining quality level targets as per agreement

Requirements:

• Qualification:
  • BE/B.Tech Electrical Engineering
  • BE/B.Tech Electrical and Electronics  Engineering
  • BE/B.Tech Automobile engineering
• Must demonstrate a high degree of problem-solving ability, especially in the field of expertise
• Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA, Design Reviews & Project management 
• Fluent in the use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc 
• Knowledge and Awareness of dev agencies and testing at agencies like ARAI/VRDe/I CAT 
• Awareness of vehicle technical symposiums, conferences, etc
• Good knowledge of systems like design reviews/DFMEAs             
• Specialized, Technical knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and interfacing parts
• Basic Knowledge in software, calibration SW from tier 1 ECU suppliers
• Good Vehicle system knowledge and E&E aggregates in the vehicle- EV associated systems like DC-DC converter, board charger, Inverter
• Good knowledge in Vehicle electronics & In-Vehicle networking systems - Body control module, ABS/ESP, Airbag &Infotainment, Communication protocols like CAN & LIN
