Engineer - Digital Data Development Job in Bangalore at Axa

AXA is hiring for the role of Engineer- Digital Data Development!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Participate in efforts to identify root causes for application issues in production and non-production environments and collaborate within IDA team(s) to deliver solutions/fixes.
• Work with Developer, UX Designer, and Product Owner on front-end design and interactions within data and AI applications.
• As assigned, work as part of an Agile squad, ensuring delivery within tight timelines and meeting team expectations.
• Ensure quality and optimized coding with good documentation.
• Work with various teams to implement automated recovery steps and document RCA and/or preventative measures for recurring issues/problems.
• Provide top-class production support and ensure data solutions service level commitments (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Achieve and maintain the highest business customer confidence and net promoter score (NPS).
• Candidate should have a background in OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB, and Cosmos.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet delivery timelines, and maintain high client satisfaction is critical.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an Undergraduate University Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience in Java, JavaScript/CSS/React.js.
• Experience working on Spring Boot microservices architecture.
• Experience in NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience working as part of a squad in an Agile environment.
• Technologies required: OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB, Cosmos.
• Front-end technologies required: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React.js.
• Methodologies: Agile.
• Tools: GitHub.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to handle different types of user inquiries, provide guidance, and execute on next steps for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Proactive attitude, excellent project/time management, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to run assigned tasks with minimal direction.
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with robust business acumen.
• Demonstrates level of experience/ability to influence and understand business problems in technical terminology.
