Shell Global is hiring for the role of Engineer - DataDoc Mgmt!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage, execute, maintain quality and on-time deliverables, draw management, process supporting document archiving, contribute towards continuous improvement, and work virtually with key stakeholders for day-to-day operations.
• Work in a concurrent engineering and project environment given the progressive nature of RFCSU i.e. by Process trains.
• Cover multiple time zones, and the candidate must have effective initiative to identify and help resolve business and technical issues within areas of responsibility.
• Remote support to the Shell operating units/sites in the drawing management and updates.

Requirements:

• Experience with or knowledge of DEP-EIS and Shell RDL data requirements
• Competent in Shell’s Document and Data control processes for Projects
• Competent skill in data modeling
• Knowledge of asset IT systems, e.g. SAP, W-IMS, W-RCM
• Competent skill level in SQL and SQL Server
• Competent skill level in Alteryx
• Competent skill level in PowerBI and developing simple graphs that tell a complex story
• Competent skill level in SPF, SDx, or AHA4P
• A self-starter and reliable deliverer, with good verbal and written skills in English, the candidate must be exposed to all cultural backgrounds and organizational levels across the globe, across diverse time zones.
