Engineer - Civil Structural Job in Vadodara at Air Products

Air Products is hiring for the role of Engineer - Civil Structural!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Safety and rigorous adherence to relevant specifications and standards for all C&S Engineering Deliverables
• Accountable for the engineering scope adherence in accordance with project specifications & standards
• Analysis and design of equipment foundations like compressors, pumps, static & dynamic equipment, storage tanks, cooling tower basins & sumps, etc
• Other civil designs – pipe rack foundations, structure foundations, civil pipe supports, water tanks, miscellaneous foundations, etc
• Steel structure designs - technological structures, pipe racks, compressor shelters, platforms, ladders, etc
• Design of modular steel structures including sea transportation, land transportation, and lifting
  analysis
• Responsible for generating calculations and material estimates for the assigned scope of work
• Responsible for review of Vendor documents and interdisciplinary check (IDC) documents
• Interface with other engineering disciplines like piping, mechanical, electrical, process controls, etc
• A C&S Engineer acts as the technical interface with AP project execution teams for C & S designs. The primary purpose is the delivery of a safe, fit-for-purpose plant design including analysis to an agreed schedule and budget

Requirements:

• An Engineering Degree (or equivalent) and relevant work experience of 2+ years
• Good written and spoken English and strong communication skills
• Experience of working on industrial plants in Oil & Gas, petrochemical industry
