Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Designing, improving, and analyzing analog circuits for IP Development Group.
• Handling circuits like CMOS Amplifiers, LDO, Bandgap, Reference Generators, Comparators, Oscillators, Charge Pumps, Current Mirrors, V2I converters.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of hard-core IPs using custom PVT, monte, reliability, ERC, TAV, net listing flows.
• Collaborating with other local and global teams for deep understanding and improvement of assigned circuits. 
• Ensuring detailed documentation of work done, in form of text, videos, confluence or any other required method.
• Demonstrating leadership Skill in planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation, and execution to meet project schedule/milestones in multiple project environment.
• Guiding junior team-members in their execution of Sub block-level layouts & review their work.
• Communicating circuit highlights and lowlights is required to improve design cycle time and resources.
