Sharda Motor Industries Limited is hiring for the role of Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure adherence to the daily Production plan.
• Ensure effective Manpower utilization to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure material availability online.
• Highlight concerns related to Material/manpower/machine.
• Achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line.
• Minimize rework/rejection online.
• Guide/operate machines online when required.
• Do Minor machine breakdowns/sets as per the plan.
• Maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities.
• Ensure PPE usage by line operators.
• Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs with respect to start-up, first piece flow inspection etc.
• Do Kaizens to improve productivity.
• Educate/train/guide operators regarding safety/quality requirements of the line.
• Support in implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities.
• Perform any other duty entrusted by your seniors.

Requirements:

• Manage Production activities of lines with adherence to daily production plan ensuring material and manpower planning and getting line output with respect to quantity and quality
• Bachelor's Degree, Field specialization: Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of Product/Process knowledge, Production planning, TPM/MSES/QMS
• Required Skills: Team Building, Team motivator, Manpower handling, Crisis management
