Realpage is hiring for the role of Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze events/alerts/Service requests on various monitoring tools like SCOM
• Monitor the performance of Windows servers and hardware components and maintain a healthy server environment through troubleshooting
• Communicate with site technicians or Resolver parties responsible for resolution
• Investigate service outages, incidents, and system issues, and log and track in the incident reporting system
• Understanding contemporary security technologies
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Be adaptable for rotational/flexible working shift schedules including rotational week-offs, without exceptions
• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures; ability to manage emergency situations while handling normal control center functions
• Depict passion for IT and IT support Systems
• Ability to multi-task multiple job duties while maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize decisions based upon multiple criteria and identifiable standards of policies and procedures
• Ability to effectively interact with professional personnel at all levels within the company, outside service providers
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to solve problems and de-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner
• Ability to work independently and a trait of initiative and ownership
• Candidates with ITIL v3 or v4 certification possess an advantage
