Endpoint Management Administrator Job in Pune at ZS Associates

ZS is hiring for the role of Endpoint Management Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead\Escalation point for frontline tech support for Windows laptops
• Endpoint configuration and reporting through enterprise tools like SCCM and Intune
• Working knowledge of SCCM SQL Database
• Build, manage, deploy, track software, and update packages
• Maintain standard provisioning processes using modern automated methods
• Act as a subject matter expert for Windows devices
• Act as a subject matter expert and system administrator for mobile device management (MDM)
• Ensure all endpoints are communicating with and enforcing policies from management systems
• Perform functional and timeline analysis for non-standard end-user requirements and suggest hardware and software specifications for their project requirements in a cost-effective manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology, or other related field, and 3 years experience supporting domain-bound Windows laptops
• Strong Windows troubleshooting experience
• Must be a team player, dedicated, and proactive
• Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills 
• Ability to present technical approaches or findings in oral and written format
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Very strong customer service orientation.
• SCCM Certified Professional or comparable experience.
