Deloitte is hiring for the role of Enabling Area - Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcomes, and generate results.
• Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build a pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets
• Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate's journey while ensuring the candidate's needs are met.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements are used
• Engage in the Candidate fitment basis of internal parity.
• Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter.
• Keep candidates warm with various engagements till they join and ensure the best candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates.
• Lead, coach, and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• MBA (HR) from a reputed institute. With 3+ years of experience in a similar field.
• Able to form effective relationships at all levels of business.
• A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
• Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong analytical skills, good business understanding.
