Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  • Be the point of contact for employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Build and maintain a transparent, respectful, and positive work environment.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and maintain detailed case documentation.
  • Organize employee engagement activities in line with company values and goals.

Performance Management

  • Drive the company’s Performance Management System (PMS) across all departments.
  • Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Train managers and teams conduct fair and effective evaluations.
  • Analyse performance data to identify talent development needs and high performers.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align performance expectations with project KPIs.

Change Management

  • Support HR-led change projects such as restructuring, new processes, or system upgrades.
  • Ensure employees are well-informed, trained, and supported during transitions.
  • Communicate changes clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Gather feedback and help leadership adapt change strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent (mandatory)
  • 4–5 years of experience in employee relations, PMS, and change management
  • Strong understanding of HR operations in a technical/engineering environment
  • Familiar with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or other PMS software
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and build trust across departments
  • Experience in handling white-collar technical talent is preferred
