CWT is hiring for the role of Employee and Labor Relations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Onboard and Induction formalities
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in humans: resources, talent management, and employment law
• Prepare and manage various HR reports and employee files
• Perform other duties as assigned
