Harman is hiring for the role of Embedded C/MATLAB Developer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and maintain embedded software in C and MATLAB for a variety of Harman products, including infotainment systems, audio systems, and driver assistance systems.
- Use Model-Based Design (MBSD) to develop and test embedded systems.
- Work with a team of engineers to design and implement new features and functionality.
- Debug and troubleshoot embedded software.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Work with hardware engineers to integrate embedded software with hardware components.
- Document embedded software designs and implementations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest embedded software technologies and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Model-Based Design (MBSD).
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and design principles.
- Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Experience with communication protocols such as RS-232, I2C, SPI, and CAN.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
