Net Connect Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Email Security Analyst Proofpoint!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Continuously monitor Proofpoint email security alerts, investigate phishing attempts, and analyze email threats to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Manage quarantine policies and incident documentation, ensuring timely response and resolution of email security incidents.
• Stay updated on the latest email security trends and threats, leveraging this knowledge to enhance existing security protocols and practices.
• Work cross-functionally with IT and compliance teams to implement security measures and ensure adherence to best practices in email security.
• Lead initiatives to optimize email security configurations and policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on email security best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Have 2-3 years of experience in email security, cybersecurity, or a related domain.
• Are proficient in email security tools, particularly Proofpoint TAP/TRAP.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrate collaboration skills, with experience in managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional partnerships.
• Can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities and a proactive approach to security challenges.
