We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to create compelling email content, optimize campaign performance, and contribute to our overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities: -

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with our marketing strategy and goals.
• Create engaging and personalized email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates that reflect our brand identity.
• Segment and manage our email subscriber lists to ensure effective targeting and personalized messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Monitor and stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends.
• Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey.
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate email marketing with other digital marketing channels and campaigns.
• Continuously evaluate and propose improvements to our email marketing strategy based on dataanalysis and industry insights.

Requirements and Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
• Familiarity with email marketing compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Basic design skills to create visually appealing email templates.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting. - This can be optional.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
