Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling email templates that align with brand guidelines.
• Segment and personalize email lists to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
• Monitor email performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on analytics.
• Implement A/B testing to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Ensure email campaigns are GDPR compliant and adhere to best practices.
• Manage the email calendar for IW, coordinating with marketing and sales for timely promotions.
• Design and execute SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
• Strategize and implement segmentation for targeted SMS blasts to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
• Monitor delivery rates, CLICK rates, and conversions for SMS campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities for automation and personalization within SMS channels.
• Create automated email and SMS journeys, including welcome series, re-engagement, and post-purchase follow-ups.
• Leverage marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign performance and lifecycle marketing.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements and automation efficiencies.
