Key Responsibilities: -

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy to generate B2B leads globally.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives.  
• Create and manage end-to-end email campaigns, including copywriting, design, segmentation, and scheduling.  
• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and deliverability.  
• Build and segment email lists to ensure targeted communication with specific B2B audiences.  
• Regularly clean and update email databases to maintain data accuracy and compliance.  
• Implement personalization strategies to enhance engagement and relevance.  
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes.  
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to enhance future campaigns.  
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.  
• Stay abreast of email marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Implement and enforce email marketing best practices to maintain a positive sender reputation.  
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for email campaigns.  
• Work closely with the sales team to align email campaigns with lead qualification criteria.  

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.  
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Knowledge of GDPR and other email marketing regulations.  
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  
• 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.
