Email Marketing Analyst Job in Pune at Quinstreet

QuinStreet is hiring for the role of Email Marketing Analyst!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Track and report on email campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and help interpret results.
• Collaborate with campaign managers to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Monitor email deliverability and flag potential issues.
• Help identify opportunities for personalization and automation.
• Stay informed on email marketing trends and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or Business Analytics.
• Working experience with SQL, Python or other data querying tools
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Google Analytics)
• Ability to analyze large datasets to find and present insights to non-analytical audience
• Proficiency in Excel -  functions, formula, pivots etc
• Proficiency with fundamental database structure and queries
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• The role requires maintaining a 3–4 hour daily overlap with the US team, aligned with Pacific Time.
