Requirements:

• Strong exposure and knowledge of electronic component families
• Strong exposure and Knowledge of the cost of electronic components and PCB / PCB assemblies.
• Strong exposure and Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and PCB assembly
• Strong exposure in procurement of electronic components and assemblies.
• Strong exposure to EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and QMS (Quality Management System) & processes & documentation as per standard.
• Strong exposure to assy. Process for parts like Display / Speedometer,  Lighting, Electronic control units,  EV vehicle (Motor, Motor Controller, Battery, Telematics, Vehicle control units)
• Strong exposure to ESD & IPC standards for electronics assy process.
• Strong exposure to Supplier Assessment/selection & supplier System audit.
• Exposure to Reliability testing of products & parts.
• Exposure to supplier process & PPAP Audit methodology.
• Must be aware of the standard of ISO/TS/IATF, AIAG FMEA & CP, etc.
• Oversee all product development procedures and assembly procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
