Electronics Engineer Job in Pune at VR Design Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Electronics Engineer with Good knowledge of Microcontroller & peripherals.
• PCB Designing, Soldering, Pick Place Machine,Soldering, Must have knowledge of Indentification of Components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and software developers, to design and develop electronic systems for automation machinery.
• Design, simulate, and prototype electronic circuits, including microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.
• Develop and implement control algorithms and firmware for embedded systems to ensure seamless integration of electronic components within machinery.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of electronic systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to select appropriate electronic components and ensure their availability for production.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to oversee the production, assembly, and testing of electronic components and systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug electronic systems during development, testing, and post-production phases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in schematic design and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad).
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, Ethernet/IP).
• Familiarity with control systems theory and practical application in automation.
• Ability to conduct circuit analysis, simulation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to electronics in industrial environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
