Electrical Trainee Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-the-job training programs to understand electrical systems, equipment, and plant operations.
• Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, control panels, and distribution systems.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in production machinery.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify abnormalities or potential issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
• Help with minor repairs and replacement of electrical components under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and electrical safety standards.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to workplace safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs.
• Provide daily updates on tasks completed and challenges faced during training.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and control circuits.
• Familiarity with tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and electrical testing equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, or automation systems is an added advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and apply technical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
