Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment
• Sourcing replacement parts
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment
• Providing time and material cost estimates before starting a job
• Using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials
• Operation and Maintenance Activity carried out as per routine plane.
• Follow the ISO guideline as per Micron standard.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of their trade
• Active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance work as assigned.
• Knowledge of Repairing and Installation of Domestic Air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge about of Pump Repairing, Gear box repairing.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly. Good Communication skill required.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to follow Environment health and safety regulations.
• Best Knowledge about of Chiller, Air compressor, Vacuum System, Gas System, Water System and Fire hydrant system.
• Ability to maintain minimum store inventory.
• Experience about of 66kv Switchyard, HT & LT Transformer, HT &LT Switchgear, Automatic Change over Schem (ATS), Operation and Maintenance of VCB, ACB, MCCB, MPCB, BMR Relay, Numerical, Auxiliary Relay & Capacitor Bank.
• Experience about of VFD, Starter, Control Wiring.
• Experience about of HT & LT Motor.
• Experience about of Basic Troubleshooting of Instrument & PLC Control Wiring and PLC & SCADA System.
• Knowledge of Project related work.
• Ability to on time breakdown attend.
• Ability to work on Rotating shift as per Micron standard.
• Ability to maintain Document Handling.
• Basic knowledge of QMS as per Micron Standard.
