Siemens is hiring for the role of Electrical Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain scripts using scripting languages for Aucotec Engineering Base and AutoCAD.
• Customize Engineering Base software and AutoCAD to meet specific project requirements or organizational needs.
• Integrate Engineering Base and AutoCAD with other tools and systems used in the engineering workflow.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the engineering design and documentation workflow.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance productivity.
• Provide support & resolution to issues/problems raised by the Engineering team while using the scripts and standards developed by our team.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in engineering & design of Electrical Systems.
• Proficient in the use of the Aucotec Engineering Base application with scripting expertise.
• Capable of developing and managing custom scripts, with experience in scripting languages such as Microsoft C# and VBScript.
• Expertise in AutoCAD software with programming skills to automate tasks, enhance efficiency, and streamline the design process.
• Should be able to create custom scripts and programs to optimize AutoCAD workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Fair electrical domain knowledge with experience in the design of Low Voltage/ Medium Voltage Products.
• Provides support & resolution to issues/problems raised by the Engineering team while using the scripts and standards developed by our team.
