Electrical/Electronics Engineer Job in Jaipur at Hero MotoCorp Limited

• Design and develop quality Automotive embedded and high-power electronic systems for components concerning the new generations of ICE/EV/HEV Systems
• Interact continuously with the System Integrator, Software, and testing team to design and develop Electronic Hardware guaranteeing delivery with Quality in committed Time
• Focus mainly on Embedded & Power Electronics, Schematics & PCB layout, HW validation, DFx, DFMEA, Design Calculations, and Risk Identification
• Design and develop electronic hardware
• Debug, problem-solve, and implement corrective measures
• Prepare Design Records and Testing Data

Requirements:

• Academic Qualification & Experience:
  • BTech/MTech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automotive, or equivalent. Advanced Qualifications are an advantage
• Technical Skills/Knowledge:
  • Experience in electrical engineering within a Li-Ion battery product design and manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of Altium Designer or any other EDA tool is a must, including schematic capture and PCB layout
  • Knowledge about CAN Simulation/dbc files from CAN Matrix, Knowledge in using Vector CAN tools (like CANalyzer, CANoe), ETAS-INCA, etc
  • Understanding of Automotive Standards AIS, IEC, PCB Layout Guidelines & Functional Safety ISO 26262
  • Experience with electronic simulation and signal analysis, Analog and Digital signal Conditioning
  • Knowledge of communication protocols like CAN, and Modbus, as well as SPI, I2C, LIN, and K-LINE Knowledge of DFMEA, FMEDA, HARA, Worst Case Analysis (WCA), Component Stress Sheets, Knowledge of HW build process
  • Expert with high current power semiconductor selection (IGBTs, MOSFETs, and Diodes), gate drive and protection circuit design
  • Expert in designing and supervising circuit design and PCB layout for EMI/EMC compliance independently with little to no supervision
  • Used to working under multiple projects and with time constraints
