Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Electrical & Electronics Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review the circuit for power train ECU and to have base knowledge on the CAN matrix of ECU and to  have base knowledge on Diagnostics system management of power train ECU
• Initiate, Interact with CFT  & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with  Quality, Cost and Time
• Release all technical specifications to suppliers for components/systems for EV systems
• Validate the components by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle levels to give issue-free products to customer
• Meet the cost targets specified without compromising the quality of the product and also bring out some cost-effective solutions through IMCR/VAVE activities
• Maintain quality level targets as per agreement

Requirements:

• Qualifications: BE/B Tech Electrical Engineering, BE/B Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BE/B Tech Automobile Engineering.
• Should know about the working of BOM details of components.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of problem-solving ability, especially in the field of expertise.
• Usage of  Quality tools, DFMEA, Design Reviews & Project management.
• Fluent in the use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Interfacing with all inter dept teams from start to end of the project to ensure First Time Right.
• Knowledge and Awareness of dev agencies and testing at agencies like ARAI/VRDe/I CAT.
• Awareness of vehicle technical symposiums, conferences, etc.
• Good knowledge of systems like design reviews/DFMEAs.      
• Specialized, Technical  Good knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and interfacing parts.
• Basic Knowledge in software, and calibration SW from tier 1 ECU suppliers.
• Good Vehicle system knowledge and E&E aggregates in the vehicle- EV-associated systems like DC-DC converter, board charger, and Inverter.
• Good knowledge in Vehicle electronics & In-Vehicle networking systems - Body control module,  ABS/ESP, Airbag &Infotainment, and Communication protocols like CAN & LIN.
