About this Job
Air Products is hiring for the role of Electrical Designer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generate all electrical design deliverables like SLDs, Layouts (Substation/PDC Equipment arrangement, Cable Tray/Trench/Duct bank, Power, Lighting, Earthing, Hazardous Area classification, Heat Tracing, FA/PA/Telephone) extracting MTOs, and modeling of Electrical facilities
- Prepare Control Schematics, Interconnection diagrams, and Wiring diagrams and provide support to prepare cable schedules
- Experience in carrying out Lighting calculations with AP available software
- Prepare Electrical Panel Fabrication Drawings
- Prepare As-Built Drawings
Requirements:
- The candidate should possess a diploma in electrical engineering with relevant experience in electrical design activities for oil and gas projects
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills
- Experience of working with tools like Micro station/AutoCAD and SP3D/PDS/PDMS
- Design experience in relevant industries like oil and Gas
