Electrical Design Executive Job in Sanand at Bosch Rexroth

Bosch Rexroth is hiring for the role of Electrical Design Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interpret and translate customer specifications into detailed electrical and instrumentation documentation.
• Design and prepare electrical control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, schematics using AutoCAD and EPLAN for hydraulic machinery.
• Select appropriate switchgears sizing (MCBs, contactors, relays, etc.) based on system requirements.
• Selection and configuration of sensors, transmitters, and other instrumentation and switches.
• Develop and implement basic control logic in junction boxes for field-level automation.
• Detailing and preparing bills of materials of Electrical control panel & field device wiring.
• Prepare cable schedule and I/O lists according to details drawings and system requirement.
• Proficient in the selection and sizing of control panel, junction boxes, cables, cable glands and terminals to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards (e.g., IEC, ATEX).
• Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and intrinsic safety.
• Coordinate with mechanical and hydraulic engineers for system integration.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to gather and clarify technical requirements
• Provide technical support to customer and service team during installation, commissioning of machine.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization

Requirements:

• B.E/B.TECH Electrical  / Mechatronics engineering with 2-5 years of experience
• 2–5 years of experience in E&I engineering, preferably in the hydraulics or industrial automation sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, SAP or similar design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
