Electrical Cost Manager Job in Mumbai at Linesight

Linesight is hiring for the role of Electrical Cost Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost models using historical data, CostX and other tools.
• Track and reconcile project expenses, invoices, and cost reporting.
• Perform risk and variance analysis; identify mitigation actions.
• Deliver regular dashboards, “cost to complete” (CTC) tracking, and unite stakeholders on cost-performance.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication 
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and clearly communicate variations to your team. 

Requirements:

• Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline 
• Are chartered or are on the path to complete it.  We can help. (add specific charter) 
• Happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients, partners and team 
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
