Electrical Automation Executive Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and VFDs.
• Assist in the programming and configuration of automation equipment to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain real-time monitoring systems and ensure data accuracy for production processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance of electrical and automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other control systems.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address electrical and automation-related breakdowns.
• Support the integration of new automation systems with existing machinery.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements through automation upgrades.
• Ensure systems operate at optimal efficiency, reducing energy and operational costs.
• Ensure all electrical and automation systems comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to enhance workplace safety.
• Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of automation equipment, maintenance schedules, and system changes.
• Prepare reports on system performance, downtime, and improvement initiatives.
• Update technical documentation, including electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.
• Provide training and technical support to operators and other staff on automation systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, VFDs, and sensors.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and industrial standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
