EHS Manager Job in Mumbai at Airtel

Airtel is hiring for the role of EHS Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Taking charge of the concerned project zones in case of any emergency
• Ensuring site safety through identifying high-risk activities in the zone & implementing a work permit system for such activities e.g., excavation, stability, confined space entry, work at height, structural building & anchoring & staging/scaffolding 
• Facilitating safe execution of structure through understanding of specifications by interacting with structural, design & execution team
• Understanding site activities in advance to facilitate better safety execution through the Look Ahead program received from planning., 
• Reviewing and revision of EHS / procedures for the project in line with client requirements and changes in local regulations and ensuring implementation
• Encouraging compliance with EHS policies & procedures through educating & motivating senior management & employees 
• Monitoring compliance towards Client and Consultant EHS requirements
• Establishing and reviewing EHS objectives for the project.
