About this Job
GE Power is hiring for the role of EHS Accident Investigation & Learning Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Carry out a detailed investigation of all EHS Events along with respective stakeholders.
- Prepare Prevention Notices, EHS Alerts, Read Across reports, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Share Lessons Learned & RCA to all stakeholders across SP India
- Record actions from RCA to the Action Tracking System and assign them to respective stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.E/ B. Tech/ Diploma in Engineering/ BSc in Physics, Chemistry, and Math’s plus EHS Qualifications
- M. Tech in Industrial Safety or P.G Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Recognized Technical Boards or RLI/CLI
- Good level of understanding of EHS Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Proficiency & Experience in carrying out EHS Incident/ Accident Investigations
- Knowledge and experience in conducting & preparing RCA
- Proficiency in Computer & MS Applications
- Good communication skills and ability to work as leader/ team player
