IIDE is hiring for the role of Educational Sales (Inside Sales)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Counsel students regarding their course inquiries
- Mentor junior counselors
- Provide counseling to students and parents both in-person and over the phone
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Calculate conversion rates
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to generate sales and reports
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior counselors
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Interest in sales and counseling
- Experience with CRM systems and EdTech platforms
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Must reside in Mumbai
Expected Deliverables/KPIs:
- Make a minimum of 60-80 connected calls per day
- Consistently meet weekly revenue targets as per batch requirements
- Average 2-3 hours of talk time per day
