JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Achieving enrolment targets (End to end-to-end sales) and a chance to earn a lot of incentives.
- Learn lead generation through cold calling.
- Counselling prospective students as well as working professionals.
- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgmental way.
- Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program.
- Assist students with university and course selection.
- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, Email, chat, and social media.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
