Cleo is hiring for the EDI Implementation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build data transformations for customer business initiatives.
• Develop EDI maps and business processes.
• Create communication setups for AS2 and SFTP.
• Work effectively with other internal departments to ensure the highest level of support for customers.
• Exhibit a sense of ownership of customer systems and work on issues until they are completely resolved.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in implementation engineering.
• Skills: Strong project management, technical, and analytical skills, with a focus on implementation best practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in implementation tools and technologies, including project management software and deployment tools.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
