Wellversed is hiring for the role of Ecommerce Operations Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- E-commerce Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day supply operations for multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).
- Monitor and manage inventory and fulfillment to ensure a smooth process from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and third-party partners to ensure timely deliveries and proper stock levels.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting actionable insights.
- Order & Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels across platforms and proactively manage re-ordering and restocking based on trends, seasonality, and sales forecasts.
- Address issues related to product availability, order cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.
- Experience with order management, inventory forecasting, and logistics management is a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
