• Develop and design the branding, positioning and pricing strategies for the company.
• Develop the strategies for digital Advertising, Social Media campaign, PR Communications and research based Creative campaign.
• Ensure our brand message is communicated through all marketing channels and best marketing tools such as events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material are adopted .
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customers perception about our company.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition and forecasting new opportunity by way of suggesting acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features.
• Develop, Design and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of revenue growth.
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers all around  India.
• Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports and suggest corrective actions.
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines are implemented.

Qualification/Skills required for Marketing Manager-

• You must a fluent in English..
• You must be a Business Graduate or MBA in Marketing .
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of marketing experience  preferably within E-commerce industry
• You must be a graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in running successful marketing campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics ,pros and cons.
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mind.

Salary- Rs. 20000 to 35000 Per month along with Standard benefits as per Ministry of Labor. Some Incentive based on your output and over all company performance will also under discussion and should be formalized soon.
