About the Internship:

1. Manage and create product listings, order fulfillment, inventory, price, queries advertisements on e-commerce platform, Ability to maximize sales.

2. Marketplace Management.

3. Listing products on the marketplaces and ensuring they are well represented there.

4. Timely Order fulfillment of all liaising with Marketplaces and plant team.

5. Managing Returns and order cancellations with proper tracking.

6. Handling customer support via phone, email and chat.

7. Should have Efficient in handling online channels amazon etc.

8. Daily online assisted shopping execution.

9. Improve and increase the online traffic through various digital media platforms.

10. Able to resolve online technical issue of the customers.
