Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Presales Engagement and consulting approach in E-commerce; Offer strategic e-commerce insights and consulting services to prospects and current accounts.
• Real-time eCommerce Pitch Creation abilities
• E-commerce Requirement Communication 
• Functional knowledge of Magento, Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, and Prestashop
• Should have experience with estimations and negotiations
• Account management and experience in bridging the gaps in processes
• Client relationship building
• Client Retention

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 Years of experience as a BA and in the relevant job roles.
• Excellent English speaking skills.
• MCA, Msc. IT. or B.tech. or any equivalent degree.
• Proven experience in e-commerce-focused presales, business analysis, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in proposal writing and presentation creation with an e-commerce emphasis.
