Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to optimize the online customer journey.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased sales and profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior e-commerce leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and results-oriented work environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
