Detailed R&R for EA to MD position:

• Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, managing work calendar and interfacing with business stakeholders
• Ensuring execution of SOPs at various divisions in the organization and regular reporting basis data points
• Scheduling & preparing minutes of the meetings, fixing appointments and managing travel itinerary
• Traveling on behalf of MD to network offices, to execute specific goals.

Skills Required for EA to MD position:

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
