About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and briefing documents for meetings
- Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines across departments
- Coordinate with leadership team for reviews, meetings, and strategic initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in board meetings, investor meetings, and leadership reviews
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO
Preferred Skills:
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in handling senior stakeholders and board-level communication
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
