L&T Energy Hydrocarbon is hiring for the role of E3D Piping Modeller!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Function as Piping 3D Modeller/Designer for assigned projects.
• Prepare documents related to stress, including Line Index and Flexibility Analysis (Static and Dynamic) of piping systems.
• Develop datasheets for springs, expansion joints, struts, snubbers, and review vendor drawings and technical bid analyses.
• Prepare and review equipment layouts, piping GADs, isometrics, nozzle orientation, and piping load data drawings.
• Conduct piping routing studies, MTO, and 3D modeling of piping and equipment using PDS/SP3D/PDMS.
• Create 2D drawings using Microstation/AutoCAD.
• Perform clash check comment incorporation and interface with other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
• Proficient in 3D modeling tools (PDS/SP3D/PDMS) and 2D drawing tools (Microstation/AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of International/National codes and layout and piping engineering standards.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in CAESAR II software for stress analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
